The track titled “Intelligent Web Computing and Applications” (I-WeCA) is on emerging and novel concepts, architectures and methodologies for information management, including the semantic web, big data, and cloud computing. Finally, social networks have grown rapidly in size and have witnessed a popular expansion to reach billions of users, providing a suitable space for sharing data, interacting with other users and forming communities with common interests.
The track titled “Social Networks, Large Networks and their Applications” (SLNA) is on emerging and novel concepts, architectures and methodologies for social and more generally large networks analysis, tools and applications, including issues related to complex graphs, semantics, big data, and security.
The track titled “Multimedia Information Retrieval and Applications” (MIRA) is based on emerging interdisciplinary multimedia research and systems dealing with conventional and big multimedia data. The track focuses on new applications and services that can analyze, retrieve, classify and annotate multimedia information even for big multimedia data as well as to help to establish semantical and contextual connections among users on the basis of the information of their interest.
